In 1994, two entrepreneurial young dental technicians joined forces and began working together. Time has proven them right. Company foundation
Deutsch Róbert and Laczkó Tamás, both dental technicians, founded NEW YORK DENTAL Kft. to utilize their years of professional experience and serve the dental market at a high standard.
Our first professional shop
We opened our first store in the PiDental building, which remained our home for 10 years.
100% ownership
Róbert Deutsch acquired full ownership (100%) of NEW YORK DENTAL Kft.
Move to own office building
Budapest’s 13th district
Due to market growth, we relocated to an owned office building in Budapest’s 13th district, Frangepán Street, where clients can explore our showrooms, receive assistance from customer service, and pick up products from stock.
Establishment of our first subsidiary
We founded our subsidiary, New York Dental SRL, in Cluj-Napoca.
Expansion after Croatia’s EU accession
Continuing our expansion, we established New York Dental d.o.o. in Zagreb, Croatia. (10 000 Zagreb, Štefanovečka 10, Croatia)
Launch of oral hygiene division
We opened a new business line for oral hygiene products
—the present-day New York Shop.
Workwear division
Our healthcare workwear line evolved into the New York Uniform brand.
Opening of workwear store in Budapest
We launched a specialized store for New York Uniform products in Budapest District VIII, Baross Street (a few steps from the Clinic), offering workwear and eco-friendly household products.
Opening of Debrecen workwear store
We opened our second workwear store in Debrecen at 73 Piac Street for distributing New York Uniform products.
