The Service Provider
o The website www.newyorkdental.hu and its online store are operated by NEW YORK DENTAL Dental Laboratory and Trading Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: "Service Provider").
· 1.2. The details of NEW YORK DENTAL Kft. as the Service Provider are available by clicking on the link of the "Service Provider".
The Subject of the Regulation
· 2.1. This REGULATION contains the Service Provider's data protection provisions and rules.
· 2.2. The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the security of data, taking technical and other measures to guarantee the protection of recorded, stored, and managed data, preventing their destruction, unauthorized use, alteration, or deletion. It also commits to ensuring that any third parties to whom the data may be forwarded or transferred are informed of their obligations regarding these measures.
· 2.3. Applicable laws and sources referenced in this REGULATION:
· 2.3.1. "Info Act": Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information;
· 2.3.2. "Civil Code": Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code;
· 2.3.3. "GTC": General Terms and Conditions applicable to the web store operated on www.newyorkdental.hu.
Registration and Deletion
· 3.1. Orders can be placed electronically through the online store operating on www.newyorkdental.hu ("Website") after providing contact and certain personal data—that is, registration ("Registration")—or without registration by providing shipping and billing information as a "guest."
· 3.2. Errors in data entry during the ordering process or modification of data can be rectified before submitting the order by modifying the Website profile data or by re-entering data in the "Cart" section; after placing the order, corrections can be made via the contact phone number or electronic email address.
· 3.3. During registration, users ("Users") must provide the following personal information (fields marked with * are mandatory):

· City*
· Postal code*
· Status*
· Company name
· Tax number
· Phone number*
· Mobile number
· Date of birth
3.4. Users are exclusively responsible for keeping their password and purchasing data confidential and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals. The Service Provider explicitly excludes liability for any breaches resulting from non-compliance with this provision.
3.5. The management of personal data provided during registration begins with registration and lasts until its deletion. For non-mandatory data provided during registration, data management lasts from the time of provision until deletion. (Data management also extends to fulfilling ongoing orders.)
3.6. Users can delete their registration by following the instructions in the designated menu. Deletion does not apply to previous or ongoing purchases, which cannot be removed.
3.7. For uniform application of the content of this REGULATION, users are defined to include, except for point 3.3, those using the Website without registration, meaning all Website users fall under the definition of "User."
Management of Personal Data
· 4.1. Data management is based on the voluntary statement of Website users informed by this REGULATION, including acknowledgment and acceptance of its content and expressed consent to the use of personal data provided during Website usage.
· 4.2. The legal basis for data management related to the Website is Info Act Section 5 (1) paragraph a), based on the user's voluntary consent. Users grant consent for specific data management by using the Website, registering, or making orders without registration, as well as voluntarily providing the respective data.
· 4.3. The purpose of data management is to ensure the provision of services available on the Website and to prevent potential misuse. The Service Provider stores the data provided by Users for the purpose of order fulfillment and verification of identity and potential contract terms. Data management beyond this is not possible without the explicit consent of the User.
· 4.4. Automatically recorded, non-identifiable data is used exclusively for statistical data and analysis related to the Service Provider, compiling purchase and visit data, enhancing the Website, and protecting user rights.
· 4.5. The Service Provider does not use or may not use personal data for purposes other than those outlined in this REGULATION, nor can it share personal data with third parties or authorities without the explicit consent of the User. Exceptions are made only as outlined in Section 5 of this REGULATION, the Info Act, or other laws.
· 4.6. The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by Users or for their verification. Accordingly, Users accept responsibility for providing accurate and accessible contact information and for ensuring that their email addresses are used exclusively by them.
· 4.7. The Service Provider explicitly excludes liability for registrations, purchases, and other activities performed on the Website using the User's registration credentials or non-registered credentials.
· 4.8. User data is primarily accessible to the Service Provider and its management and employees, but cannot be shared with third parties without explicit legal authorization. However, data transmission related to legal claims and authorized (especially legal) professionals and authorities does not violate this REGULATION.
· 4.9. The Service Provider may occasionally send services-related communication, newsletters, and similar notifications electronically. Users may opt out by explicit request or methods indicated in the electronic mail.
Data Processing and Transfer
· 5.1. For Website operation, order fulfillment, and account settlement, the Service Provider may employ data processors and managers (e.g., system administrators, delivery personnel, accountants, legal advisors), which does not constitute a breach of data protection provisions. The Service Provider is not responsible for these external parties' data management practices.
· 5.2. Service Provider's authorized data processors for User data management include:
· Hosting and online store: Shoprenter Kft.
· Card payments: Barion Payment Zrt.
· Courier services: GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft.
· Email marketing and surveys: SalesAutopilot Kft.
· Digital customer experience optimization: OptiMonk Zrt.
· Collaborations involving cookies: Google Ireland Limited, Facebook Inc., Hotjar Ltd.
User Rights and Remedies
· 6.1. Users may request information about their stored personal data, modify or delete them following the methods outlined in this REGULATION.
· 6.2. The Service Provider must provide requested information about the user's stored data, its purpose, legal basis, duration, and recipients within 30 days upon request.
· 6.3. Users may report data-related issues or requests via electronic mail or phone.
· 6.4. Data correction or deletion must be completed within three business days upon user request.
· 6.5. Users have the following legal remedies for data-related concerns:
· 6.5.1. Filing complaints about personal rights violations to competent courts;
· 6.5.2. Contacting the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Miscellaneous Provisions
· 7.1. Communication between parties primarily occurs in written form, considered effective based on delivery type (personal, registered mail, or email).
· 7.2. Parties aim to resolve disputes through negotiations; unresolved disputes may be escalated to Hungarian courts.
· 7.3. REGULATION structure and numbering serve only as an aid for clarity and do not affect content.
· 7.4. REGULATION communication and interpretation, as well as matters not covered, adhere to Hungarian laws (Civil Code, Info Act).
· 7.5. Invalidity of any REGULATION section does not render the entire document invalid; remaining sections stay enforceable.
· 7.6. REGULATION publication occurs on the Website and remains accessible.
